Indications/Uses
STERIMAR Stop & Protect Allergy Response is a medical device.
The moderately hypertonic solution* based on 100% natural sea water is rich in marine trace elements with added manganese and calcium to quickly and effectively fight the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
Its action brings rapid relief: STERIMAR Stop & Protect Allergy Response decongests the nose, reduces nasal discharge and sneezing, calms down nasal itches and helps neutralise the pathogens which are responsible for allergic reactions. It thus provides relief of allergy symptoms and protects the nose from their reappearance.
Provides protection against allergic rhinitis thanks to its exclusive patented complex based on ingredients of natural origin.
STERIMAR Stop & Protect Allergy Response encapsulates, inactivates and rapidly neutralises the exterior particles (pollen, pollution, allergens etc.) which are responsible for the allergic reaction. It also provides long-lasting hydration and strengthens the barrier function of the mucosa by forming a protective film which prevents allergens from coming into contact with the mucosa.
With clean and unblocked nose and no more itching, the patient will finally feel relief.
Anti-contamination bottle: The anti-reflux valve system prevents contamination of the solution, even after the bottle has been opened, which means the formula remains 100% uncontaminated. The practical 20 ml format pops easily into the pocket, giving rapid relief whenever the patients need it - wherever they are.
For the optimum treatment of allergic rhinitis, we recommend that the patient wash their nose out regularly throughout the day and before spraying STERIMAR Stop & Protect Allergy Response.
STERIMAR Nasal Hygiene spray, made of 100% natural sea water is ideal for cleaning and cleansing the nose. It enhances the action of STERIMAR Stop & Protect Allergy Response and helps to fight attacks by allergens by preventing allergies.
Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the nasal mucosa linked to the inhalation of allergens. Some of these substances are present in the domestic environment, such as dust mites, animal hair or mould spores. Other inhaled allergens come from the external environment: tree pollen, herbs or grasses, which are responsible for seasonal rhinitis, otherwise known as hayfever. Some allergens are linked to the work environment (flour, natural latex, wood dust etc.) or increasing atmospheric pollution.
Allergic rhinitis can be mild, or severe if it starts to affect quality of life (sleep disturbance, disruption of sports or leisure, discomfort at work or school) and depending on the severity of the symptoms.
Allergic rhinitis is reflected by three main types of ENT signs: Sneezing occurring very soon after contact with the allergen;
Clear nasal discharge, usually abundant;
Itchy nose and / or obstruction and nasal congestion.
There is often itching at the back of the palate or throat, and sometimes headaches. Some patients may also have watery eyes or conjunctivitis, olfactory disorders or bronchial symptoms. There is no fever.
